Cabled assemblies provide a fully waterproof hydrophone molded onto the end of a cable. These assemblies are deployment ready and are ideal for direct over-the-side listening or permanent installation. These molded assemblies utilize our standard hydrophone cartridges and preamplifiers. These units cover a frequency range from 3 Hz to 100 kHz. The model AQ-20 has been widely used for the recording of whales and other marine life. Unique cable lengths and special connector assemblies may be specified.
